George Rush 2021

My two months in Dresden came at the perfect time since I had just finished a large body of work and a change of environment provided much needed motivation. I spent most of my time exploring and, while I made several paintings in the terrific studio, the archive of photographs I took of the city and its surroundings will provide material for future paintings.”
